popping noise in front end

i have an 03 hoe just installed a 3/5 lowering kit from mcgaughys bout 2 weeks ago an now im having popping noise in the front end whenever i take turns an whenever i hit a good dip in the road noise is comin from both sides i have put new sway bar links an bushings an noise is still there any help would greatly be app.

Did you use spindles?
If so, make sure your caliper and hub bolts are all torqued to 125Lbs, if not they may be loose.
Also the top redesigned hub bolt that McG's uses on there spindles should be at 75Lbs, if you did not use LocTite when you put them in they will eventually find their way loose later on.

yea i used there drop spindles but i know i didnt exactly torgue them to spec i will deff check them with a torgue wrench thanks for the info man

Also make sure all your suspension parts are greased well. There are a lot of zerk fittings in the front.
