I have one and BB tune. The throttle response is so much more, its almost too much. You will have to relearn to drive the truck. Now 1/8th throttle was like 1/3 before. The response is not "soft" anymore.... it is instant. Since it is a larger bore also, it must flow more. I will dyno soon and find out.
Your mileage may actually decrease, but only because it is easier to open the throttle at a faster rate.....its more touchy.
