Kumho Ecsta STX 305/40/22. I like them no complaints. Fell in love with Kumho when I had them on my Monte.

Ive run aYok Geolander ATS's on a awd 5.0 explorer i had..awesome tire great ride and great in snow and sand..never took it mudding..had a lifted bronco for that. Ex-Father inlaw ran geolander MT's on his f150 he used for hunting. IN his words...if that tire didnt take him any place he needed to hunt from...he had no business being there lol.
Ran hankook ventus on my lightning...good tire..quick for the 22's they were but not as sticky as the toyo proxes' the replaced. Ran swaper radials on my lifted cherokee...never had a problem with them and with the 33x10.50 size they dug easily through even 3ft of snow.
Im not a michelin fan...they just arent agressive enough for me. But i run Hankook dynapro ATM RF10's. The tread if fairly aggressive so its not the exactly smoothest riding tire...but they do awesome in snow, moderate mud, rain and dry traction. Ive got about 15-20k miles on them and they barely show any wear...but i do rotate every 8k miles.

Goodyear Wrangler LS-2 275/55/20 were absolute garbage.

I quickly switched to pro comp all terrain (cooper) 275/55/20 and the noise/ride/handling improved immensely, they're excellent tires in the snow and have fantastic siping.

After dropping my truck a bit more a shorter tire was necessary so I installed a set of nitto 420s 265/50/20 and love them. They're a great tire in the dry, not too loud and easy to predict. The wet traction is fantastic and their ability in the snow was surprisingly good given the tread design.

I recently scooped a new set of wheels so I mounted up some nitto 420s in a 285/40/22 and absolutely love them. Nitto makes a great tire, they balance well and ride smooth.

I ran The pro-comp At's on a mazda b4000 4x4 when they first came..was a pretty decent tire and had really good tread on them at 28k miles when i traded the truck in. Ive run Nitto car tires but never the truck tires.

Just an update....I had Firestone Destination A/T's (265/75 R16) installed over 30,000 miles ago and they still have over 75% tread left....and I have never needed a re-balance, just a rotation every 8K.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
