Thanks Tony...who in the damn mind would want that on full all the time??

I was told it disengaged the variable...i can imagine it's a little nerve racking driving a speed with steering that loose.

Waking this from the dead.
I'm interested in finding out how this went? Does this make it easy to turn, maybe too easy.
Does anyone have any results from installing that variable speed delete kit?

Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

When I installed my hyroboost unit earlier this year, I went with the variable delete b/c I couldn't find any other option to go with for hydroboost - I have about 16k miles on my truck as-is.

It's loose and it aggravated me at first bc I like a tight steering wheel (highway is most noticeable)...but over time I got used to it and barely notice it anymore.

However, I plan on installing a steering stabilizer to see if it tightens it up at all.

makes it feel like a non evo system or like a '96 unit or earlier.

Thank you

I'm curious to know how that stabilizer works out. Please let me know.

Thanks for the info guy, I appreciate it.

I know they are more often used with lifted trucks.
I have not seen one on a lowered truck or stock suspension truck.
