Pretty sure the trans just blew up

Well had a lady pull out in front of me and stepped on the gas a little bit heard a loud band and a grinding/whining noise. It has no 2nd gear or reverse. So does anyone have any links on pulling the trans, rebuilds, etc please help. It's a 2000 4x4 tahoe all stock

Pulling the trans is easy. Rebuilding it is what's gonna take longer

If you need to you can find all you will need at Rock Auto Parts after you talk to that guy. He may even have a source that is better yet.

Guess we will see idk if I'm going to attempt to rebuild it myself or pull it ans have someone else do it. I know it's going to be a headache either way. It did do good it had 308,000 miles on it so I guess it was its time to go
