Okay, here's the thing with quads and why most folks who have them once, especially on an SUV, never do them again.
1. This first one is specific to 07+ Hoes/Burbs/Avys ... there's a vertical structural metal beam behind both the low and high beam reflector bowls. You will barely clear it in the low beam section but there's no projector in the world shallow enough to clear the one behind the high beam bowl. So to get a projector in the inner bowl you have to cut into that frame like this:
Keep in mind that's for an MH1 projector with soft amp bulb connectors, there might be more cutting required to fit any projector with a solid D2S bulb socket.
2. In order to do quads with S2Ks, you'd have to have the S2Ks in the inner bowl and a bi-xenon projector in the outer. I know the MH1 will fit, an FX-R is a mighty tight squeeze ... both of those projectors will likely get dwarfed by the output of the S2K to the degree of being redundant. A RX-350 projector might fit, but no one has done it so I'm not sure ... but all of this is probably moot as I just don't think you can squeeze an S2K in the inner bowl.
3. From an illumination point of view, by doing quads you are accentuating what is an inherent issue with projectors on SUVs, which is too much foreground light. This is because the rake of the beam when aligned properly so that the cutoff doesn't blind surrounding traffic, is more acute as it starts higher up. So already by definition you are sacrificing distance and putting more light right in front of the truck which is less useful. Which leads to the biggest issue ...
4. If you do quads, you are doubling the amount of foreground lighting. The real world consequence of this is that the human eye can't cope with the difference in light intensity between the the lit road and the surrounding darkness. In effect, the pupil compensates for all that light and cannot see anything around it. Not a big issue in an urban lit environment, but if you ever get out to drive in the countryside at night, it can get pretty scary and quite honestly, dangerous. Paradoxically, when I wanted to see better at night I would pull the fuse out of my inner projectors.
I know you want the quad setup, but both for installation and visibility reasons I would advise against it on your vehicle. Keep in mind that a single pair of S2K projectors will already blow my MH1 quad setup out of the water ... adding more light not only adds more parts you have to pay for and can potentially fail, but most importantly, it will not ameliorate your ability to see.
