I have had all kinds of different sizes and the ride difference isn't that noticeable.
Thats good info right there. Thats what I was trying to figure out. Sounds like whichever I do it'll be rough but its already rough so what the heck... can't get much worse haha

I now run 305/30/26 on a 26x10 with 25mm offset the wheels sit about flush with the fenders (maybe slightly tucked) and with a stock ride height I had to pull back the plastic on all 4 corners to keep it from rubbing the tires. The front driver side was the worst especially during reversing with the wheel at a certain point. I've read with a 3-5 drop kit you can expect to clearance alot of that plastic to keep from rubbing.

Like mentioned the ride on smooth roads are nice! So smooth that my mom liked the ride but If I had to do it over again I would go with 24's and lower the truck to fill the gap, I don't like the idea of worrying about dodging holes in shittys roads and slowing to a crawl when in coming across railroad tracks or huge chunks of payment missing. I didn't need to worry about that with 22s and 24s. If you live where the roads are nice and don't mind trimming some plastic go for the 26s and don't look back!
Looks like I'm gonna be doing lots pf trimming. Maybe bust out the grinder... idk yet though

Thumbs up on the diamonds ;)

Beautiful ride....damn 45 on a 20.....ouch lol

Nah bro.....my hoe came with 265/70/17s and the difference is HUGE compared to my now 275/55/20....I would cry hitting what I hit in ny on 26's and I like my kidneys stirred not shaken :D
Yea, gotta love the Diamonds. Its got D6's in the back. Saving up to get some Diamond Components. And wanna eventually run 4 D6's.

Does anyone know.. would I have to do anymore trimming/modifying other than the plastics? I heard rumors about having to ditch the wiper tank with 28's??? I just don't wanna be doing that much modifying like that haha

Are you bagging it? If you keep the same overall tire diameter I don't understand weekly you would need to cut anything.

No. I'm not bagging it. Not yet at least haha

I went out and did some measuring and right now I have a 275/55R20 with a overall diameter of 31". I could fit a 32" OD tire and be good and if I got a tire with a 33" OD it would then be tucking.
So I guess all I need to do is shoot for a 32" OD tire regardless the rim size?? and I should be good.
