Just curious how hard would it be to install tires on 26" rims the old school way with the hand tire tools??

I wouldn't attempt it but...

My personal preference is touchless... like the Corghi Artiglio machine.

Has anyone run or had experiences with a brand called Venezia Tires? The local rim shop is trying to get me to buy these tires instead of Pirellis. He "claims" that they have just as good ride quality as the Pirellis...

I've found them online but no reviews because I guess they are a new company.

What's prolly the next best brand of low profile tires besides Pirelli's? I've heard the Kumho's ride rough.

Hey guys. I've been following the forums for awhile now and wanted to get some opinions on what people think about 24's vs. 26's. I am running a 3" drop front and 5.5" in back with trailing arm kit and free travel mod done. Really wanting to get the whole Spohn package for the rear.

So let's here some Pros and Cons

For me I got a 305/35/24. I tow my minitruck and race car and have NO problems. I have Tony's 3/5.5 drop with free-travel mod done. I DO NOT run the BT street shox. I run a Sensatrac airshock and airlift helper bags in springs. I also have the FULL Spohn package. MY truck rides great and stops great. I live in hell with these MN roads. The sand, salt and plow blades kill the smoothness. Upgrade your brake rotors, lines and pads if your gonna do it right. Its simple, spend money on your tire and your ride will not suffer IMO. When I tow...I air everything up to 100 psi. NO sag, NO bottom-outs and NO rubs. My measurements when I tow are the same when I am not towing. 32 in the front and about 32 7/8's in the rear.
Hope this helps:Handshake:

HEre's what she looks like towing...

So the 24's I wanted are on backorder so I decided to get 26" 2crave wheels now and I'm gonna run a 295/30/26R for tires. And gonna be ordering the Spohn package for the rear real soon along with a set of sway bars.
