I just did this to my 01 that didnt have 3rd row, the bolt holes areunder the carpet with clips and sealed plugs over the holes. very easy to do. I am also in MD, hit me up if you need help with it.

I watched that video myself, but I dont agree when they say this:

If you need bolts, and/or snap the welded nuts off the bottom here are nuts and bolts at Lowe's that are the same size. I believe they are grade 8, not 10. My biggest recommendation for the install would be to chase the threads with a tap before starting.
