I just went out to the garage, unplugged the Range device and used my code reader to see if anything shows up...nothing - no codes, no CEL and all monitors ready. I have 5500 miles on the car and the device is plugged in 24/7, in fact today is the first time I removed it since April.

Could be. Next year I will pull it out a week in advance and see what happens. Could be the type of testing this state does too. ****** strict rules around here I hate it.

On their website, Range does recommend that if you have an upcoming emissions test, to unplug and run several times without it.
