Holy crap 130,000 without an oil change it's a wonder that thing's still running.

At a 130K that aint oil coming out, thats tar!

I use Walmart Supertech full synthetic on both my 5.3L's, 6.0L and 5.7L and just stick an AC Delco filter on there too. My 5.7L has 275k on it now, I bought when it had 82k.
