Questions about grill guards?

Im fairly new to the whole nnbs tahoe scene and had a few questions. I have an 08 z71 hoe and I have found a grill guard for it but its listed to work for an 07-10 silverado. From what I can tell the 07-10 silverado and tahoe have the exact same front end. Will the grill guard off the silverado work on my 08 z71?

Not sure if it will work, it would depend on the mounts and how closely the brush guard follows the bumper. The front ends are not the exact same.

Has anyone here put a silverado grill guard on a z71 hoe? Just curious to see how much different the fitment is on them.
