Eew. Maybe you did bring teh horseytorques!
Would one of those kits that test for combustion gases in the coolant help? If it is pushing water, it'll only do it under boost so the leak test isn't accurate. Lifting the heads with boost? Turn down the psi as much as you can and see if the problem subsides or goes away. Maybe you just need a tire air stem jammed into the rad's outlet @kbuskill
You got this. You're a Pro.

lol im pretty sure the strap just stretched... thats the reason for the adjustable upper clevis to retighten as needed.
ac i think may be over charged, watching ac pressure in the hptuners scanner looks like pressure goes way up and compressor cycles, been messing with best way to run the ac to where it does freeze up the cabin but keeps going to the chiller...kinda pita. defroster on with heat goin to it seems to keep the inside coil dry and keep the compressor cooling the chiller so far, but i think after a while it dont like it
reading on some turbo forums, one guy had similar issue last items he replaced thermostat & radiator fixed his issue.
im going to keep an eye on it for now, not having any problems with overheating or anything, did just put the cabin heaters back in the loop possible some trapped air just making its way out ... i'll pull the plugs in another week and see if anything changes. i dont use a thermostat, i had planned on regulating with turning the pump on/off but need diff ecm basically... ive been looking at adding an inline thermostat since its been cold it doesnt like to warm up too much. with the electric pump is does some weird stuff for flow and low pressure/high pressure areas.
