I had to trim off most of the smooth tips of the studs for my 1.5" spacers. This was to fit the stock wheels. Some wheels have voids between the stud holes that reduce or eliminate the amount of necessary trimming.

tire guy posted pic on his instagram and looks like they have huge holes on the backside so i may not have to touch them - with stock wheels i think i would cause theyre real shallow

Sooo uh, you guys are sposed to catch me when I'm ****** up....
I'm just going to order a 1500 4.10 gt5 front diff and use my stock 1500 axles worst case scenario here. Still have the axles around I think. It will be off 4.10 to 4.11 but should be fine I hope . And will pin the CAD on the axle

Now um, time to see em on that beast
it is driveable...if you wanna call it that with no front axles
you can hear the front diff spinning to the moon while the viscous coupler catches up with it. i pulled it out of my driveway and turned it around i wanted to go around the block but it just spins the front diff and shifts reallll quick lol

i got the exhaust back together, kinda. its a pain getting 4" over the trans brace and mid brace so i was trying to hold it high to not hit them, and all welded and bolted up it hits the body :emotions122: i need to cut a relief in it and angle it back down about a foot outfrom the down pipe. crossover looks like dogshit, but cant see it unless youre under there. welds on the 4" i did are so-so. prob should have set up in garage and did it but just tired of moving rig back n forth to tack it n whatnot. kind of want to re-do the entire exhaust so ill live with it for now probably

got right bolts sway bar end links, need to test fit them but dont want to put them in for good till axles cause theyll just be in the way

Ok now maybe I CAN tell you when you’re f***ing up. Don’t drive a NVG149 transfer case without front axles or you’ll ruin the viscous coupler. That’s what’s been drilled into my head ever since I’ve bought mine. I heard that you can even damage it from having tires that are a tiny bit of difference in circumference. Also, you’re not supposed to put it on a lift and put it in gear for more than a few minutes. Unless you know something I don’t, anyway. I have looked into these bits of advice over the years and everything I’ve read supports them. I hope you didn’t do any damage.
