theyll prob take a hit from a 1/2ton truck, any bigger will *** em up probably? @Dantheman1540 whats your exp running over alligators. oddly enough their heads are hard as hell , hitting them anywhere else will hurt them more
Do they have a roadkill law there so you can bring the gator home to eat ? We can take stuff here but we have deer and elk. Your car will probably be totaled but dinner will be good.

I really like those rims.

I've always wanted to try some gator!

its pretty good, the "meat" is jello like until its cooked, i think most just chop the tail but it goes from just right to chewy rubber real fast.

you prob could but it doesnt take long to spoil im sure in the florida sun. you would be the one to have to hit it and run out there and chop it up

fuggin coilovers.
they tall, like way too tall - i have to cut off the pad of the upper control arm so the control arm can go down further if that makes sense (i think like 7"+ lift kits they have you do this anyway)

so i get them set up but i need to run the jam nut way up cant do it off truck unless i build a rig to hold it. i kinda of took what i had (stock shock and 6" spacer) and said well i was about 2" more lift - tire to fender was about 1.5" lower than the back, and anotehr 1/2 to hopefully clear full lock turns. So i set them up for 8" lift in the front - i dont think its actually 8" as i prob have another couple hundred pounds in iron block, turbo, intercooler, etc over an aluminum engine truck. and its a yukon.
have to wedge a prybar between the LCA and the coilover bottom to get it into place. the first side i put in and started running up the jam nut, belltech included a thrust bearing(torrington? they call it) i thought that was nice of them it makes spinning it on a little easier. took forever cause i had to run that nut up like 3 inches to get it to the lift i wanted.

second one i tried to do on the bench, took it apart, blahblah, started putting it back together - no fkin thrust bearing. i look all over, in the box, made sure i didnt take it off and drop it somewhere. looked at a pic i took before i took it apart and no thurst bearing. I took apart one of my old coilovers but its a different size id/od. i put some antisieze on the threads of the coil over and started running the nut up on the bench but didnt notice for a while that it was spinning the top nut off the coilover, caught it before i flew off. kinda annoyed- needs to just be done on truck and i know the bearing will make it 100x easier so i went ahead and ordered a few different size ones that should show up sunday

driverside is on, looks badass with the extra couple inches of lift, i put the fender liner back in put couple extra screws where i have to clearance front bumper i may put the heat gun to it to mold it out of the way, but turned out ok, glad to cover all the plugs/fusebox and shit fo sho. its sitting about 1.5 higher than the rear but i think itll settle some, and with the other side done i think itll measure a little less evened out

do those gators survive getting ran over?

I've seen two 6+ footers on the side of I-10 this week. Both were pretty fresh and still shiny. As usual, the heads were crushed. They're always on "their side" of the line, on the shoulder. So, I think truckers ease to the side to crush 'em before they crawl out on the highway and wreck a four wheeler.
