lol how did i miss this thread.. lol..

Like he said.. 8 valves isnt so much for fbss but for air movement.. i broke a belt in a 600psi bag because i had just 4 valves and no front sway bar and when you turn a corner it forces all the air to one side.. and it was fully aired up so the bag surged to a ridiculous psi and had a ***** in it when i stopped to check..

You WILL at LEAST do a c notch.. but i dont think you need the step notch in that kit unless you wanna lay frame.. but a c notch is like $250 INSTALLED and probably the least of your worries..

This is mine on 295/35/24s with the bag in place of the rear spring.. on stock (modified) trailing arms and an adjustable panhard bar..

You can do this setup with a 5 gal tank and a single compressor for like $1500 installed... i think i paid $1250

I think the back wont be low enough for you though...

And that becomes the issue.. you cant put the bags behind the axle because of the panhard bar.. you cant ditch the panhard bar because its not a real 4 link...

So this level is where creativity comes into play.. can sink mounts UP into the floorboard.. sort of the oposite of what JK did with his speaker box.. for pretty cheap.. and it will fall all the way to the frame..

Or you can do a real 4 link and toss the pandhard and do the bags behind the axle..

OR.. you can kinda cheat.. and to a super angled set of bars like a ladder bar coming from the back part of the frame.. and still run your stock front trailing arms.. and do the bag behind the axle.. this should be pretty cheap.. and keep you under $2000 installed.

Not on mine.. we modded my stock one.. but it was only on there like 3 days before i decided to drop it back off and 4 link it...

I think doing (2) arms coming from the BACK at a super hard angle.. and stock front trailing arms on djm relocaters is the way to go on a budget...

Adj panhard is just like a strut tower from an import.. on big ass internally threaded rod.. and two threaded end pieces on each end.. once its mounted you can twist the center rod to lengthen of shorten it.

Thanks for the info Mob, but I'm still in the dark and didn't realize how much was involved in bagging a vehicle "correctly" Could you post a picture of what you did to the panhard, if you have one that is, and what your setup is now. How your truck sits would be awesome but if it didn't go that low it would still be acceptable!! Thanks :Handshake:

I dont have a panhard bar .. im a 4 link.. but..

If i had to do one on a budget to sit where i am (or damn close.. )

This is what it would look like....

And it would just be welding on 2 links.. and doing a behind the bag setup.. and a cnotch..

i think no bs.. this is the cheapest and easiest way to do one of these trucks.. and there is nothing sketchy or unsafe about it at all..

One sec.. imma get a pic

All you are doing is gonna is get rid of the pan hard bar.. replace it with a hard angle 2 link.. and do a behind the axle bag bracket kit.. and a cnotch and do a djm relocater kit.

ya I wouldn't do a reverse triangulated rear, these trucks are way to heavy to do it this way. Reverse four links belong on a POS mini truck......

Your best bet on a budget is a 2 link and a track bar or a pan hard bar. But even those have there disadvantages... But I am running one to save floor space...
