Rear brakes and rotors

Have a cracked rear rotors anyone have a preference for a brand. Got R1s up front not to concerned about performance but it never hurts.

I wish I had a story how it happened. Hasn't been driving bad just doing maintenance seen it as I was putting the wheel back on. Like oh shit. That's bad. Ordered some slotted off 1a auto. Paid just under 140 for pads and rotors.

Unless you've got a seized caliper, its a cheap chinese made rotor probably. The el cheapo slotted and drilled crap rotors do this all the time. Not usually the blanks... but this is why Id rather have quality blanks than super duper awesome slotted and drilled crap.

The rotors were replaced oe. Have the bill from the guy who sold it. He kept everything also that was about 38k ago on mileage.

just bc the dealer installed it doesn't mean it wasn't cheap chinese made stuff.

I just put Summit Racing brand slotted/drilled rotors and HAWK HPT pads on the front of my Tahoe......I'm so pleased on the next pay day I will replace the rear with the same set up.

- The Summit Racing rotors are about $65 per corner
