How do/can I remove the rear bumper.
'98 Tahoe.
I'm looking to paint my frame. I figured I'd start with the part most hit by the rust. I was looking to remove the bumper and start at the back. So, unless I'm too tired to see it, is it welded on and there no getting it off.
I've been awake since yesterday at work. Maybe(hopefully) I'm just not seeing it. But it looks to be welded on.

Also, what kind of paint would you suggest? I'm thinking on the hard to reach areas and places that don't get much abuse I'd do just a rubberized spray on. And the parts that will get beat up off-roading(the lower frame, cross members, fender wells) I'd do a roll on bed liner.
