Rear Defrost help

I am probing the grid on the imside of the glass.

I guess that as downstream as you can get.

You will have to try the dealer on that. There are no #'s available for the the wire harness. Actually quite common for harnesses. Can you remove yours and test it?

Dealer says that wires(harness) is a part of the rear glass, not a seperate part. This info was obtained on a phone call so I was not looking over the screen to point anything out .
If anyone has better info I'd appreciate it
My defog is weak(defrost non existant), based on only 4.5 volts getting to the grid versus 12+ volts.
