Rear gears replaced anyone?

I had my gear spyder gear replaced at 86k Im at 98 now I’m just wondering if it’s a common thing for the gears to go. Thank you!

No I’m just wondering if it was a common problem, the only thing that concerns me is when it goes into second it’s like it doesn’t fully shift then after a few seconds it goes in. Idk I’m always worried about a lot of things

That's a transmission issue right? A Tech2 can see line pressures and how long its taking to complete shifts and hundreds of other setting for you monitor and obsess over! When was the last time the trans fluid was changed?

I thought about doing a programmer but I’m worry because when I put one in my Sierra then my rear gears when in that...

The Tech2 is the tool the dealerships use to diagnose problems and reprogram modules and such. It has nothing to do with changing parameters to increase performance like a BlackBear tune or a dash mounted tuner.

The transmission though sounds like it could benefit from a tune or maybe your right foot is not conducive achieving longevity because of how fast you accelerate and or drive? LOL
