Rear spoiler?

Are there any that look good? I'm not talking about a big silly racing spoiler, but something that would go around the 3rd brake light and add a little style/square off the back of the truck.

Not looking for an actual "spoiler" that sticks up above the vehicle, just trying to add a little style in a subtle way. NNBS Yukon's are a great example- they have that little piece on the back that squares off the look of the vehicle.

Jesus, c'mon guys, I didn't know what to call it (so I used the term spoiler). Many people do the Esky 3rd brake light. i'm trying to achieve a similar effect, but I don't want an Esky 3rd brake light.
