A lot of people on here get the Escalade rear vents or the smooth vents and color match them.
Also welcome to the Forum.

Ive got smoothies now
but use to have stockers color matched
Like previously said, they do vent air, but even with smoothies, not like there air tight so wuldnt worry about it. Also mine seem to fit good and not any taller then stocks
