I tried to remove my rear wiper arm on my 00 Escalade, anyway inside covering the rear wiper motor there is a cover which HAD 4 plastic "clips". I broke all 4 getting them out. Does anyone know what the part number is for them? Or what I else I can do?

Lastly I couldnt get the wiper arm off, any suggestion? I know I know a total mess! :emotions122:

So you took off the interior panels on the hatch to expose the motor, and there was a second cover on the motor that you broke the clips off? I have to take mine off and I know there's a bolt on the outside of the truck, at the base of the wiper arm and under the wiper arm. You have to pull the arm back like you were changing the blade to see the bolt hiding in there. I think my motor only had two bolts holding it on, I don't remember seeing any cover with clips.

Did your a/c guy tell you that it's the rear wiper motor causing your problem now? lol

There is a cover over the wiper motor which HAD 4 plastic clips that snapped like toothpicks! I cannot believe there is a bolt...have to check later when I get out of here.

As far as the a/c guy goes yes he said the vent temps would drop by 7 degrees due to better airflow over the rear window! :)

No, all im trying to do is replace the wiper arm. I first I broke the 4 push in style clips holding the cover which I needed to remove to disconnect the washer fluid line. I also could not remove the rear wiper arm. But I cannot get it off the shaft.
