I 'think' where yours goes together is 3", and it comes with header gaskets ( you can re-use your factory BTW) and I'd do some stage 8 bolts. It also comes with clamps, but some people went and bought better ones from NAPA.

yes, since yours ( junior ) is tuned by BB, just have them retune taking out the 02 CEL :)

Thanks Blue !!! i just order them right now and im super stoked but nervous

eventually im gonna do a 6.0 swap will these headers be interchangeable ?

You mentioned something about stage 8 bolts ? I can't reuse my old Bolts from my original headers or perhaps the ones that come with the kit?

Second any tips on as far as loosen up the bolts i heard their a ***** sometimes to un-bolt any spray to help me ?

Thanks for your help man.

spray them down with a penetrating lube the night before you tackle this job, may help, Plus, I know it sounds weird, but if the stock exhaust is warm, not hot, will help break them loose.
Stage 8 is a brand, but something like these.

Kinda helps lock them tight, and yes, will fit a 6.0 when you swap later. all 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0 are identical outside.

Good luck bro, you'll LOVE them :D

The stage 8 bolts (or grade 8) is a much better bolt to go with, do to the high temp of the exhaust brings to the metal, the grade 8 will stand a longer life with, stay tighter, and will be easier to loosing due to them being alot stronger... The stock would work, but I mean thats kind of bein cheap, and not what you would want.. Im going to assume that you havent taken the stock bolts off before? And I am sure they are all rusted up and pretty much ready to break off.. You will be much happier with a better bolt non the less.

The clamps you want are lapband style..The u-bolt style that comes with them wont work well..

As far as bolts go i reused my stock bolts and have 30k+ miles on them and havent had any problems..

The one problem i ran into with my silvy was the driveshaft to y clearence and the yoke on the front diff hit one of the primary's..

As far as quality goes, its a cheaper stainless soooo.. Mine have gone through 2 winters and look pretty crappy honestly...Ill get a pic tomorrow ..

No worries man, just one less you will have to worry about in the future. Again I am sure that your old ones will work like stated above, how ever its hell of alot easier to have new ones in, and bolting it back together, and again you wont have to worry about it. The grade 8 bolts are a better quality, and if your picky about how everthing looks you'll enjoy it that much more. Post some pics when you have it all together! And let use know if you notice anything on performance and mpg!! Have fun! I can't wait to get mine!
