So I took the wife's 03 Yukon Xl to a shop yesterday to have the transmission (and while it was in the air) and oil/filter changed. Today my wife calls and says the truck would not go over 30 and displayed the message: reduced engine power and the traction light and check engine light are on. She was close to the house so she limped it home. Is there something in or around the transmission that he fooled with (even accidentally) that could have caused this problem? I'm at work now and can't fool with it until tomorrow, but wondered if this was just a coincidence or something done at the shop. TIA.
