If I have adjustable upper and lower control arms, are the relocation brackets that are in the rear hardware kit required?

I have a 2/4 right now but want to pull the trigger on you 3/6. Just trying to figure everything out.

Not necessarily. They really help for stock RLCA from hitting frame when dropped pretty low. But most adjustable round and square bars have a smaller diameter, which gives more room between them and frame. But varies, so hard to say if they will be needed or not. I have adjustable Lowers, and have run with and without relocation brackets. And even without, I still had a good amount of space between them and frame. But having them certainly ensures I will have plenty of travel even if really loaded down, or go lower.

thats what you would want just like the swaybar.

The rear endlinks are 85 shipped while the complete kit with the rear relocation brackets is 165 shipped but you cannot buy the relocation brackets by themselves so later on down the road if you decide you want them you would need to buy a complete kit and just sell the endlinks
