Remote Start Not Working

My 2008 Tahoe LT 4x4 is supposed to have the remote start. I have gone through the dash menu and verified it is turned on, yet none of the remotes will start the engine. I am not sure what to do next. Any ideas?

u must hit the lock button on key fob 1st, then hold down the R/Start button located on the top of the keu fob......

Have to hit the lock button TWICE on mine before hitting the Start button.

Boom! Thanks. I'm an idiot. I was thinking it was push the restart button twice in rapid succession. I appreciate the help!

Also, the remote start is disabled if the SES light is on.
