I thought your autoride was still functioning? Didn't you get some new shocks awhile back?
Yes autoride all works. But they were supposed to be arnott* shocks and last me a along time. But they ended up being cheap Chinese knock offs. I haven’t had any issues yet but hoping the helper bags will keep some of the stress off them. Plus they will help with towing, which I will have to do a lot of this fall.

STEERING WHEEL: ROUND 3! UGH :(
Well my steering wheel finish didn’t hold up. The paint cracked on the grips cracked.... ugh.... and started flaking off. And the little shroud piece in the broke where the screws hold it to the back side of the wheel. So I found another Escalade wheel on eBay, lucked out and it came with the back shroud piece, and tried a couple things. None of which worked.....
So this time around I used self etching primer on both the grips and the leather. So far the self etching primer seems to be the key. Everything came out really smooth, and I tried a different color this time around. And I’m liking it so far. Pics of the steering wheel after i pulled it:
