Nice. Change the sound a bit? More throaty? Deeper tone at idle?

And I will be plastidipping mine, because when i spray it theres no texture, it's always smooth:gr_grin:

But I also might powderdoated too I'm not sure yet:shrug:
I don’t think it changes the sound lol. Don’t powdercoat! It won’t last! Ceramic coat it!

So it’s after midnight, and what am I doing still awake?! Laying on the roof of my Denali, parked in my driveway, watching the meteor shower!! Turns out that long body is a perfect lounge chair to stretch out on and watch the show! Saw some huge meteors and one pretty much lit up a whole stretch of sky as it went by! Luckily I live on the quieter end of town and our stretch of land is pretty dark at night with no street lights, and of course up in the mountains we are away from the glow of the city! Ahhh there are some things you just can’t do living in a city! Lol. Total nerd status taking a selfie laying on top of my truck.... but I just couldn’t resist!! :)

I went out and watched the Parker Solar Probe ascend into space. Didn't see any meteors; stayed outside about 10 minutes until the engines went dark and then the mosquitoes found me!

So I made a swap today. Picked up a Center cupholder bezel out of a wrecked Escalade in the junkyard down in the high desert like two months ago..... it’s been sitting here in my apartment. And my cupholder tray broke again.... Lol. I used industrial strength adhesive to reflux the cupholder part back to the bezel piece(let’s hope it holds up....) I decided to refinish it because the lids were the almost reddish colored wood grain, and I didn’t particularly like it. And the side bezel was grey. Obviously that had to go! So I played with some colors and I actually like the outcome and im contemplating doing the upper bezel around the cd changer and the dash bezel to match and doing away with the wood grain all together....
