Didn't know spectre air cleaners can be cleaned. What's the process ?

Edit: now looking for 02 arms , making me spend money
I figured you know since you guys are so good at helping me spend my money I’d return the favor :p
The process for cleaning the spectre filter is pretty simple. I had to ask @Rocket Man though cuz I didn’t know it was a cleanable filter when I bought it off him haha. You buy the filter cleaning set from the parts store. They didn’t have the spectre specific stuff but I use the K&N set and it works just fine. Take the filter off, spray with the cleaning oil and let it sit for a few minutes to let the cleaning oil ********* in, rinse, let it air dry for like 20 minutes, and then once it’s dry, spray with the fresh filter oil, let stand for a few minutes and then reinstall it. Super easy.

So the arms for my wiper blades drive me bananas! They only come up about a couple of inches and don’t stay up on their own because of the way the arm is shaped at the joint where it bends.
It’s beveled so it can’t go all the way up:

But I played with wipers on a 99 silvy that I detailed last week and they go all the way and can stay up on their own because the joint is flat. So when I took a couple pairs of boots down to the high desert yesterday to get resoled, I stopped into the junkyard there that I always go to, and sure enough found a 2002 Yukon that had the arms that go all the way up and I swiped them. And they fit my truck. I sanded them down this morning and I’m about to spray them gloss black so they’ll look fresh when I put them on my truck:

Hmm, I never noticed that before. Both wipers on my 2001 flip all the way up, it comes in very handy when cleaning the glass, applying Rain-X, or replacing wiper blades. I always assumed that all 99-06 wipers flipped all the way up like that, I never knew they changed them in 03. But then again, GM did change a LOT of shit on these trucks in 2003. This post also reminds me that I have been wanting to take my wiper arms off and repaint them, they are really looking like crap.
