There should be a lot of OEM foam & upholstery available online. Have the dealer get you the part #’s and shop the internet.

Drop the truck off at the upholstery shop and let them loose on the job. Your back will thank you.

The Seat Shop is key.
Last month I replaced my 2017 drivers side seat foam. (They had one that matched the air flow on my Denali.)
BUT, because the cover was slightly worn I did what a buddy suggested.
I removed both seats, pulled both covers and put the drivers cover on the passenger side. Now the drivers worn side is on the console side of the pass seat.
Changed the foam and put the pass cover on the drivers seat bottom.
Now my drivers seat cover and foam is effectively brand new!
By the way, since these covers do NOT use hog rings to attach to the foam (they use plastic clips) they are super easy to work with.
I think the whole swap took two hours from removing seats to installing seats.

I replaced my front seat bottoms OEM on my 2018 Escalade. The parts are cheap. I paid for the foam and leather around $600. I did not have to remove the seat. It came out awesome. The second row got damaged from my child's car seat so I found new takeoffs on Ebay for $250. I replaced the 2nd row captains which was very easy to do. The fronts is not hard to do neither. I would not buy aftermarket. I suggest changing the seats in pairs.

I replaced the driver's seat bottom cushion and cover on my 2015 Suburban and now need to do it on my 2019 Suburban. You can find the parts/pieces on ebay or Amazon.

I just swapped the bottom heater pad onto the new one and it worked fine (on my 2015). My bottom heater pad doesn't seem to work on my 2019, so I'll have to replace that too.

It's fairly easy to accomplish.

Also, the side bolster vibrator module wires for the warning system seem to break after a while, so you'll need one or both of those at some point, if that matters to you.

You can buy OEM for less then aftermarket seat tops and bottoms. I paid $150 for the driver bottom on my 2018 Escalade. I recommend doing both sides if you can.

This is, no doubt, way beyond what y'all are interested in, but what the heck...

I replaced the front seats in my Camaro with Recaro seats. This was in '78 and I still miss them. They fit like body gloves, and were great for touring and for 'spirited' driving.

I'm real tempted to replace the driver's seat, at least.

Having just done new cushions and new leather from the Seat Shop, i will say it was pretty easy to pull the chairs out. Start to finish is about 1 hour per chair. Pretty easy to do. I wouldn't want to do it in the truck, pull the seats. It's 2 pieces of plastic at the front of the rails, pop the seat belt cover off, unbolt the seat belt from the chair, and 2 bolts in the back with the big harness connector at the base of the seat. Disconnect power/battery prior to disconnecting the harness as it does contain airbag wiring. Harness is last thing you should do, since you'll want the seat all the way back to remove the plastics on the rails in the front, then slide it all the way forward to do the 2 bolts in the back and the seat belt bolt. Seat partially flips forward to unlock and then pull it out and set it on a table and go to town. Useing the Durafoam cushion makes a huge difference in comfort of the seat. highly recommend it. It's a relatively easy weekend project, watch the seat shop video if you have any questions. if you are replacing the heater pad for the heated / ventilated seats you'll want to ID which one you need prior to ordering parts. You can take your camera and slide it under the back of the seat to see the snout and ID which one you need, the snout connects to the blower fan under the seat to the rear of the seat.

The seat backs are usually good. The oem foam for the bottoms is only $60 per side oem. I recommend replacing the bottoms. When I did my 2018 Escalade the foam was still in perfect shape.
