The handling on my tahoe has always been fairly smooth. But now I’m hearing a noise coming from underneath. Whenever I hit the brakes at a stop sign or a traffic light it can be rough going. A couple of days ago I took it to the shop for an inspection. Sure enough I was told I needed to have the rear suspension/struts replaced, preferably over the next few weeks (it does have over 200,000 miles). Now I’m doing google searches to try and locate some struts to purchase. I’m thinking the less expensive route may be to supply my own parts. But at the same time I don’t want to sacrifice quality for cost. While searching amazon I stumbled onto a site called APX. It seems like they specialize in suspension parts. Here’s what I found http://apxautoparts.com/sensen-rear...2-13-cadillac-escalade-lifetime-warranty.html. What do you think? I’d like to get some input.

What trim is your tahoe? depends on the model you may need some diff struts.
I would also recommend sticking with a more reputable brand if you can.

The only rear struts you have Tyler are the ones for your rear hatch and glass (if you have that option). You do have rear shocks. Having said that, never heard of them, I'd stick with name brands and OEM.
