Hey guys,
I was gonna replace my center link last night and after I got the old one off, I found out the new one I got from the store was about 6 inches too short. Called all around town, and guess what? No one else stocks them. Story of my life!
After I put everything back together and got my money back, I started trying to look up the specs. What's on the truck now is 31" long with 5" between holes from the tie-rod to pitman arm (center to center). From what I can find on the net, replacements are still too short.
Am I measuring the length wrong? I can't imagine that I don't know how to read a tape measure. It's just a steel bar, not one of my private parts, so why would I over estimate it?
Any help?
And I don't want to know how long yours is!!! I don't swing that way!
