I finally made it to the small shop near my house for an estimate. For some reason they didn't include repair and repaint the bumper, but if I bring them my hood and a new grill they want $640 to fix and paint. That seems like a lot to me since I am bringing them the parts but they have over 7 labor hours just on sanding and painting the hood and 2 hours painting the grille.

Does anyone else think this is high? I assume if they were to add the bumper it would easily be another 4-5 labor hours which would bring this near $900.
