Rock Sliders

Has anyone bought or fabbed up rock sliders for their Tahoe? I’m wanting to make some and wanted to know the length of yours. I measured what I thought would be decent coverage and got 76”.

Just comparing notes if anyone’s got any.

Bumping cuz I am looking too for my 2010 ex-border patrol

I am planning a set, but mine will be replacing my rusted out rocker panels. I plan on using 1.5x4 or 2x4 steel rectangle tube and then tying it into the frame.

I also started a set for my Silverado out of 1.25" black pipe using a Harbor Freight Tubing Bender. I've done a bunch of stuff with that bender with great success.

I can't tell you how long mine are, sorry. Too wet and nasty and cold to get out and measure - and I'm stuck home sick.

Following. I didn't expect many choices for rock sliders for these vehicles, but NONE?!

I'm planning to cut our my rusty rockers and weld back in 2x5 box tube and tie back into the frame.
