I knew that wouldn't take long....
Problem is I need longer lock rods, wiring harnesses and switches and then have to program the driver switches. I’ll have to hit up a wrecking yard. The other option I’ve seen is to plastic weld the LT switches into the other bezels and then use body filler and paint or wrap them.

Not sure that you would be happy with that option.

I finally got the most expensive cup holder I could find after almost 2 weeks since I ordered it. And as I feared it didn’t fit. There’s apparently 2 different opening sizes in these consoles and I could never figure out what went with what, and I knew I was taking a chance on this one fitting. On first try, the width was right but it needed to go forward 1/2”. So I cut the front part of the inside of the console and realized the sub box was right there. But it was just enough room. Then the side clips were in the wrong spot so I elongated the holes in my console. Then it wouldn’t go down quite far enough, it was bottoming out. Up to this point I hadn’t molested the $211 cup holder in case I needed to return it. So I cut some plastic out of the bottom of the console where it crossed over the sub terminals. So close but still a gap on the sides. Ok, I pulled the rubber insert and drilled and countersunk 2 screw holes so I could screw into the sub box, figuring at this point I just bought the damn thing so if better work. It did. There’s a very tiny gap at the rear where the curve isn’t exactly right but it’s pretty unnoticeable unless you know it’s there. It is pretty damn nice though even with its tiny bits of chrome. Not sure what I can do about that but I will see. In these pics of it installed it still sits up on the sides/middle.

All 4 door panels ordered, and all 4 brushed switch bezels (brand new, not chancing scratched up shit) ordered as well. And 6 cans of Fusion flat black. Still need the 2 front sail pieces, switches, door cables and harnesses which I’ll probably get at a local yard. The black panels are harder to find than the others so some of them are cashmere/ black but that will be remedied by my old friend Krylon and some scotchbrite.
