Yeah, recommended but not required. Any time you do a cam a stall is recommended in order to get the most out of it. I’m not even really going to drive this thing fast, just want a nice sound especially at idle. It’s not like The Beast where I would drive it like I stole it. It’s a different kind of rig.

I knew I was forgetting something. Smith Brothers trunion upgrade kit ordered today. No, I'm not going with Yella Terra full roller rockers like I did on The Beast lol.

I've been eyeing those. Looking forward to your assessment- uninstalling the stock bearings, installing the bushings, etc.
