Totally forgot to grab the bar last night. My excuse is it was low 40s* and I parked far from my shop thus requiring a sprint between the vehicle and building to avoid frostbite on my flip flop clad feet. had I carried the cold heavy bar my pace would have slowed enough to lose a toe or two.

Tonight I will wear closed towed shoes and try again.
