I got a scratch on the backside of my black 2006 tahoe. Its about 2-3 inches long and looks a little deeper then the clearcoat. any suggestions or products that you guys have used?

i ordered some meguiars G10307. Im going to see how that works

auto geek.net they also have a forum very informative as a general rule anything that you can get a fingernail into is something a professional needs to take care of. Black paints are soft paints and are generally easier to buff out

If it's just in the clear coat you could get some clear coat and a good paint brush and put it on there. If you can feel it with your fingernail it will not buff out. Also check out paint pens, we use them all the time for touch ups, with a steady hand they work great.
