Tell them you're very unhappy with their product and you'll give an honest review of it, along with a review of their customer service--which is below par. See how they like that.This is their solution. Like I haven't adjust, tightened and repositioned the straps to get the covers to work long before I contacted them. I figured they'd blame me first, then try to sell me something additional to get them to work and laugh all the way to the bank with my money.
Save your bucks and go to Autozone or better yet go to Tractor Supply and get some saddle blankets and lace them to the seat.

All of the seat bottoms should be need tucked in behind the plastic seat base, including the elastic strap. Are you utilizing the foam pads to help stop the seat cover from slipping on the bottom?
