Pics of the truck, please.

I suggest that you check out the Seat Shop, where you can get a replacement foam cushion and the leather cover.

You could go to a junkyard but they are probably going to be worn like the ones you have. I would reupholster it and install new pads while you have it out and apart.

I bought this years ago and was very happy with it. The listing is still active. I don’t have the truck anymore to tell you how it looks today. I recommend getting the cushion as well, also obtainable on eBay.

I'll have my Hoe for a good long time and got my stuff at The Seat Shop a couple of years ago -- new OE style bottom cover, seat cushion, and heater pad. If you don't use the seat heater you could get by without a new pad, but getting the old one off (and assuming it's in good enough condition to last, and it survives the removal) will be a hassle.

Pics of my work here:

You can get by with less expensive parts if that's the way you want to go. Others will have some less expensive suggestions.

The Seat Shop is up in Allen (wait, they are in Plano now) and lots of folks source covers/foam from there. I believe they also install.
