Private party KBB for your truck is 10k to 7.5k... I'd list it for 10k and take the first 8.5k offered... if it was me...

If you have all the maintenance records and the truck is clean/everythign works and it has new Michelin tires it would add a lot of value for most car buyers that can sift through the info and evaluate it. If this were mine I would probably drive it over to my local CarMax store and let them do an appraisal and make a cash offer just to get a feel for the market. Compare the CarMax offer to the KBB and Edmunds values and then with that price basis, establish a reasonable price and try to sell it myself.
