So I just replaced all 4 of my stock calipers with Powerstop calipers and Russel Stainless lines. I started on the Passenger side rear the drivers rear, drivers front and passenger front. Everything was going fine until I got to the Driver front....working with my wife on the pedal I could not get it to build any pressure, If she pumped the pedal we could get pressure but no wire when we bleed it was sold fluid. I re-bled again and now we have pressure with the car off however when I start the car the pedal drops all the way to the floor and i get the Service Brake system message in the DIC. I can still stop the car with the pedal but no pressure. We have gone through about 2 bottles (Big bottles) of fluid. Am I overlooking something or what?

Isn't it rear passenger, rear drivers, front passenger, front drivers? Check all new lines and fittings to make sure of no leaks. Did you ever run the mc out of brake fluid when bleeding? Also make sure to slowly pump the breaks as to not run into a issue with the big air bubbles breaking into tiny ones making it harder to bleed. Even the tiniest little air bubbles will cause this to happen. As far as your truck throwing the code is most likely because of the low pressure.

Well.....I feel like an idiot. Had the calipers backwards, Bleeder screw was on bottom vs top. Swapped them over and everything is now working great!!! Yes it is PR, DR, PF and DF. Thanks!
