My wife's 2014 Escalade, new front hubs and sensors couple months ago, new rear axle bearings and sensors also. The last 20 feet of the drive-thru car wash the warning came up on the dash. Before we drove 50 ft, the warning lights disappeared.

What are we thinking here? High pressure water into one of the plugs to the wheel speed sensors? Or into the hub itself? Baffled...

I will plug the tech 2 into it when we get home and see if there's anything in history

Update. The Tech 2 says the traction control was disabled.... Something happened in the car wash I guess. Whatever was it came right out of it

is it one of those that tows the car thru itself?

if all the wheels aren't spinning the same speed the whole system freaks out

Yeah, there's like a roller behind the back tires that pushes you along. Didn't think about that.

..... And as soon as we pulled away the warning lights went off and everything returned to normal. Definitely a possibility. Vehicle in neutral through the car wash.

Sounds to me like you are good to go. If it were me, I'd re-check the 4 wheel sensor electrical connectors to make sure that they are fully inserted into the connectors, just to be sure (they have been known to separate with very little force, particularly the rear connectors sitting on the frame above the top of the shocks).
