They didn't mention it or really acknowledge it. It's in right now. I'm still under warranty, so no - hope not.
We had a snowstorm so I gave my wife the truck and had to push it back a few days.

My 21 Tahoe had it at 30k
Dealer said front right wheele wire connected to a sensor relates to suspension is cut, they replaced that

Yea, my original dealer said they had swapped the module, but the message came back the same day I got it back. I took it to Alpine right down the road and it was fixed in 2 days and still fixed. Needless to say I have switched my preferred dealer.

I am having the same issue with “service suspension system” randomly popping up on my 2021 high country suburban. I visited the dealer today and they could not find any stored codes and told me I would have to come back with the suspension message active for them to troubleshoot the issue.

Could you share what parts the dealer repaired or possibly the repair description if it was a programming update from the service receipt?

I had the “Service Suspension” pop up yesterday. Popped up often but very intermittently. (I was surprised how many times the suspension is cycling during a drive!)

The day before I had popped the hood after pulling in the garage. Unfortunately, apparently the suspension was not done doing its whoop-de-dooos before popping the hood. When you pop the hood it “freezes” the suspension where it is, I guess confusing the module. Anyway, message kept popping up and I couldn’t even get to the control screen to change ride height.

30 second disconnect of the negative battery cable and it is back to working fine and like normal.

Thought this might help someone who has these random errors. Now instead of the “Italian tune up” we have to do the “whole car reboot”!

Thanks for the information. Hopefully this can help my dealer get the issue figured out for me. Interestingly enough if you Google the dtc C102E the attached video pops up that walks through diagnosing the issue and replacement of the sensor.

I had the same issue with my Tahoe. Took it to the dealer several times. It ended up being a faulty accelerometer. Replaced that and it’s been fine.
