Another thing now that you said seat position...my wife took my truck and when i got it back it seemed the #1 and #2 position flipped and the #1 position is up on the wheel where it used to be mine almost all the way back.

If you PM me your VIN I can check any TSBs in it. There was one for the airbag light about wire chaffing and passenger seatbelt tensioner/latch.
