You need both of these. Getting the one that I bought comes with everything you need and is a gm part for a lot cheaper.

But it is pretty self explanatory once you're there. Just make sure you have the new seals as you will rip that blue one.

Oregon performance doesn't have the ac delco part, but the one they have is American made. Thanks for the link.

It seamed like a high quality product. Depending on how much the delco part is I would just go with the one I got.

Just keep everything in order and you'll be fine. Just make sure the spring that goes all the way in the back isn't kinked. I just took everything out including the spring.

How about using this thing with the transmission fluid

It has been 2 days now and I can say that the shifting became smother and the temperature is low :)

I wouldn't add anything to the fluid. Best thing to do is run synthetic fluids.

Install was pretty easy. Drove around the block and it was nice. Can't wait to take it back out for a real drive.
