Just put a set of 24's on my 03 denali. It starts shaking very bad around 50mph. I had a set of 20's that did the same thing, I thought it was the wheels but after a few Google searchs found that this seems to be a common problem. Is there anything I can do to help?

Take off the wheel stud clips (clip on one of the studs at every wheel on the Denali), and/or get some hubcentric rings.

i work at a tire store take them to where ever you got them and make sure they are all balanced. if they say they are see if they can Road force them that will show how they are while driving then you can see if they are bad or if the can turn the tires to make them ride better

hope this helps

front end problems maybe. Ball joints? jack one side up and see if there is play. It might not be the rims at all.

mine was shaking pretty good whenever I hit a bump. Rollin 24's. The hub bearings were worn. Got them replaced, plus added a KYB stabilizer and it's all better.

I was gonna say wheel hubs may need to be replaced. I've some Tahoes going down the road and their wheels are shaking all over the place. kinda scary cause it looks like the wheel is about to come off. bearings probably shot.
