Shocks: Everyone seems to go with Bilsteins and have no complaints.
Ball Joints: Moog?
Brakes: This would depend on how much you want to spend, you can go with kits and go all out. For a DD I would just do PowerSlot rotors with Hawk pads and stainless steel brake lines.
Bushings: Energy Suspension sells a bushing kit for around $250

bilstein HD shocks are great, had two sets before my lift
Moog ball joints work great with my lift, very tough
Brakes: Powerslot rotors, Hawk pads, SS lines...possibly upgrade the master cylinder
Energy suspension does make a good bushing.

^^ pretty much what they said. Moog makes the best ball joints in my opinion. I have Rancho shocks and I have no complaints with them. Bilstein does make an excellent shock though.
