GM hardcopies are the easiest to use. GM pdfs are free or nearly so. Alldata similar to GM pdf, except updated with tricks for troubleshooting. My preference is PDF and print as needed- Soon you have the whole thing printed - or not. Cheap inkjet can print at $0.01 /page. 15-1600 pages. Many thanks to those here that shared a section here and there.
